Salad Vegetables
 400 g Can of Chickpeas, drained & rinsed.
 1 Avocado
 1 Cucumber
 1 Yellow Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
 400 g Frozen Edamame beans, defrosted & shelled
Dressing
 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
 ½ tsp Thyme
 ½ tsp Oregano
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 2 dashes Black Pepper
 1 tsp Mustard Powder
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Dice Salad Vegetables into small pieces of roughly the same size.

Mix dry dressing ingredients with the wet ingredients and then pour the combined dressing over the chopped vegetables.
